    Okay, today was all set to be Day#1. I shopped, I prepared, I planned . . . and then the baby cried ALL NIGHT LONG for no apparent reason (poor little guy) and I got 45 minutes of sleep -- and literally inhaled 2 cups of coffee before I remembered I was supposed to be going caffeine-free.

    Whoops!

    Ah, well, at least I drank it black (at least I think I did) and I've been okay otherwise. I am so exhausted, I'm afraid I may "sleep-eat" my way through the day w/out realizing it. I'm so sleepy, I think I tried to swallow my fork at breakfast . . .

    It might be better to cut down on the caffeine gradually anyway ... then you're not as likely to get the caffeine headaches.

    And ... not everyone gives up caffeine!

    Just keep moving forward.
