I'm new to Atkins and I'm using fitday, trying to get in the proper percentages of fats/protein/carbs...but was wondering what everyone else is eating. It would be so helpful if I could see a sample of a typical day's menu. I'm following the book to the letter, but think it would give me (and probably a lot of others) some ideas as to what other foods to introduce or eat that I haven't thought of or tried.
