I got so much done already today! If course I gained an hour with the time change...so that helped. I think the extra energy I get from being less heavy and sleeping better helps too
Sunday has always been my 'get ready for the week' day...I do my meal planning and grocery shopping (if I didn't do it Saturday), some cooking, etc.
Today I made Mitzy's Ultimate Pumpkin (MUPs) - I freeze them & use for week-day breakfasts), Linda's meatloaf (first time), Linda's Mexican Spinach & Hamburger Casserole (one of our favorites!), and Foccacia-style flax bread (Rung 3 - eat only occasionally). After I get the shopping done, I will make a crustless quiche (also frozen for week-day breakfasts) and maybe something else. This is more than I usually do so far in advance, but we are particularly busy this week...so I have to plan ahead!
I hope we all stayed out of the Halloween candy and had a great week-end!
