    ive been trying so hard to sta as clean as i can ..i have slpped a couple times over the last week. had a bit of this or that but overall ive done pretty good.. the cravings are leaving and feeling fuller faster :geek

    it really is amazing how your body adapts to changes in diet. if someone told me six months ago that i would be able to eat so little and yet remain so full, i would have told them just how insane i thought they were. it is the most wonderful feeling for me to feel satisfied all day long. when i was eating poison (carbs), every two or three hours i would crave. now i eat and don't crave anything until i am scheduled to eat again.

    you know what you must do. your body will respond more everytime you turn away from those wicked carbs, and you will feel great (and guilt-free) for it! i'm here if you need me.

      everyone will slipp from time to time but its important to not make slipping up more of a habbit- your doing good keep up a clean atkins and you will be reaching your goals in sooner then you ever thought
