Ok, starting off the new week... are you ready?
I did not do so well with getting my water in earlier in the day as I wanted to last week - will be working on that again this week.
Signed up for 4 exercise challenges this month - I know I won't have problems staying on schedule with pushups, abs, and squats, but will have to push myself along for the treadmill.

candy in the office today. Will ride the bike as soon as I get home today...I procrastinated so long yesterday I almost didn't do it.
