    Two days into the workweek - how's it going?

    I STILL am not drinking my water early enough in the day...

    Maybe I need to fill up 4 big quart bottles and make myself carry ALL
    of them around all day, which would encourage me to drink them so
    I could get rid of them, LOL!

    Joking, but I'm sort of halfway considering it, LOL!

    Gotta walk on the treadmill this evening - I don't really mind it so much,
    don't know why I always put it off. Which is why I signed up for a
    challenge this month to force myself to it.
    CHALLENGES: Walking - ? miles
    Pushups-000/600 Ab- 000/600 Squats- 000/600



    351 HIGH WEIGHT - DOWN 93 FROM THERE
    Lost 35-50lbs switching to whole-foods diet, 2006
    Started Atkins at 318 on 7/5/09

    MINI-GOALS
    1st - 299 - 9/1/09!
    2nd - 285 - 10/19/09!
    3rd - 278 - 11/11/09!
    4rd - 271 (minus 80) -12/24/09!
    5th - 261 (minus 90, least since '90) - 4/28/10
    6th - 251 (minus 100 from high weight) -
    7th - 241 (minus 110)
    8th - 231 (minus 120)
    9th- 225 (college athletics weight, minus 126)
    FINAL GOAL - 215 (?) - (minus 136)

    I'm here.

    I just finished my last sip of water for the night. I got 140oz for the day.
    Don't feel bad Aways, I can't seem to get myself to drink any water before lunch.
    But I did really good today. Even if I do feel like my eye balls are floating.

    I got to go to the park today and walk. The trees are so full of color.
    All of the reds and oranges. It was just beautiful.
    Hopefully the weather will hold out for a few more days, so that I can get up there tomorrow.

    Anyways, I hope everyone has a good night!!
