    HI ALL!

    I have not fallen off the face of the earth. What I have done ,is bought my own building to move my business into. Ive rented for 6 years and on March 10th I signed my life away and bought a building. It has great potential but needs some renovations. I have been working long and hard on those renovations. Every evening I come home shower and fall into bed. I cant believe the wonderful pictures everyone has posted. Some of you are making great progress. I was being very good and doing heavy physical labor all day and was not losing a pound. I got depressed about it and went off and fell into the " Im going back on woe soon so I had better eat everything I miss eating " trap. Im back on track now and have decided to not weigh myself until the whole renovation,moving thing is over. It is great to stop in and see all my atkins friends! I miss you and will try to drop in more often if my life will allow it.

      Welcome back and kudos for buying the building. Doing the hard work and accomplishing it for your business is a big thing. Very glad you poked your head in, and you know where to come to when life settles down and the WOE comes acallin' your name for support again. Until then, I wish you the best with the renovation.
