    Happy Friday -

    Are you out there getting your exercise walking the store aisles and battling the other shoppers for the great deals? LOL!

    I can't handle that kind of shopping, myself. I would rather pay the higher price or just buy less and shop on a more sane day. More power to those of you with the patience and stamina to withstand the chaos and the crowds, though!

    I'm still very draggy but ever so slightly better with this respiratory infection. Have gotten about no exercise for a week or so now, and am really looking forward to getting back to feeling normal again.

    Ate a few carby things (very small portions, though) at a catered dinner yesterday, which I hadn't planned to do (nor had I planned to be at a catered dinner - long story). Thus far it seems like it was small enough portions to not cause any immediate weight gain, just enough to throw me out of ketosis for the time being. Back on plan immediately after with no cravings (and still no real appetite due to the illness, which probably helps).

      Just a usual workday for me too, except that my usual lunch places were all closed. Fortunately I work close to a mall which has a nice food court that includes a salad place.

          Yeah, Niko, feeling some better, thanks - I can at least sleep for numerous hours now without waking up for a 30 minute coughing episode, and I sound about HALFway normal as opposed to sounding like someone else's voice about 3 octaves lower and cutting in and out, LOL! Still not back to normal, head still stuffed up somewhat and still draggy, but I am improving a little each day for the past couple of days. And not spending all my time asleep other than work now - still not getting anything much done, but at least I am awake for it, so that is an improvement ;-)

          Like I said, it's about the first time I have really been sick in about 3 years, so I don't have much patience with it when I am. I mostly get aggravated that it is interfering with things I want to be doing, whether I actually accomplish them or not, LOL!
