    Good morning! It's day five of Induction for me, and things are going well. I was down another pound this morning, which is always a welcome way to start the day.

    I had a moment last night when I thought, amused, that the universe was testing me. I was out at a film screening (I write about movies for a living) and another critic came up to me INSISTING that I try these awesome Trader Joe's salted caramels. I've known this man for about 10 years, and *now* he decides to offer me candy? Hilarious. I said no, thanks, and it was fine. But still ... his timing was pretty funny.

    My goal for today is to drink my allotted water. I tend to get absorbed in other things and forget. So ... I have a water bottle. If I have to, I'll set a damn timer to go off every hour or so as a reminder.

      Afternoon all.

      I'm here, basically on plan but been slacking a little on some things (not exercising on schedule, probably not getting enough water in, ran out of a few of my supplements that I need to pick up at the store, tasting a few things I shouldn't) - just been a little sloppy in the details.

      Trying to get back into the swing, but not beating myself up for being sloppy for a week or so after this many months of doing very well.

      Off to do some of my exercises and try to get that back on schedule and plan some better meals with more variety for the next few days instead of what is easy.

        3rd day of induction going fantastic so far.More determined and ready to go as I restarted induction.Have a lovely Thursday everyone.

          Been a bit lazy this week, not sure what my problem is...I just don't want to exercise. I got off the bike after 10 minutes...what the hexk is up with that?

          Anyway, eating is on plan. Will have to make a concious effort to get my a** moving
