    Afternoon all -

    Doing my exercises today and still waiting on those next 2 pounds to go away.

    Maybe I need to work on my water intake, too.

    2nd - 285 - 10/19/09!
    3rd - 278 - 11/11/09!
    4rd - 271 (minus 80) -12/24/09!
    5th - 261 (minus 90, least since '90) - 4/28/10
    6th - 251 (minus 100 from high weight) -
    7th - 241 (minus 110)
    8th - 231 (minus 120)
    9th- 225 (college athletics weight, minus 126)
    FINAL GOAL - 215 (?) - (minus 136)

    I am doing good... Staying focused and drinking a lot of water! Making good food choices!

      Good day CC'ers.
      I am trying to get in more water and running and hiding from all the holiday treats people have been showing up at my door with My friends mean well, but they forget I am back on Atkins. I told them to stop bringing me chocolates and holiday candy and to bring me some steaks instead lol

        Not really. I am planning on having something off during the holiday season. I've been preached to about planning to fail. I admit I do sometimes eat off plan and that's why its taken me longer to loose the weight. I saw people taking a lot of crap in the forums at different times. I didn't like the tone or approach but I stayed. I wanted people to know that if you do try, in time you can achieve a lot, even if you aren't perfect. (Disregard what was here, I'll be around here for ages, I got over it) I'm okay with the choices I've made. I've made 90+ pounds of good ones! I'll be wishing ya'll a very happy holidays!

        My starting weight was 235 lbs and I'm trying to get to 130 lbs.

        1st mini goal: 145! met 12/09
        2nd mini goal: 140!
        3rd mini goal:135!
        4th mini goal: 130!

        I drink coffee. I drink when I am thirsty. I am just a low carber. Not on Atkins at all!!! He has everything to do with my weightloss and nothing to do with it, depending on who you ask.

          Restarted back on induction Im going to stick to the plan properly my goal is so close.
