    Hi everyone hope your all doing well on plan.I thought I'd do roll call today.Its 1.03pm in the UK and Im going to get my lunch ready starving as I lost track of time and have been on the site for over 3 hours so addictive.Anyway hope you all have a lovely Friday and a great weekend!

        Afternoon all -

        Well my getting more strict over the last however many days got somewhat torpedoed yesterday. Came home and there was some plain-looking ham cooked in the fridge. Ate a fairly hearty portion of it. Only realized later that it was a ham given by a neighbor and unlike the plain ones that I buy, and though it didn't taste the least bit sweet to me and had no glaze on it whatsoever, it in fact had a little sugar in it per the label I later located and thus I had about 10 more carbs yesterday than I had thought. Dammit!

        Ok then, no more of that ham for me. I cooked up some burger patties and stuck in the fridge along with some really good broccoli.

        Sigh... it shouldn't be this difficult to get off 2 or 3 more pounds. I did lose about an inch each off my chest, waist and hips over the past few weeks, which was good and helped me be less aggravated at the scale not moving on to my next mini-goal like I would like for it to do during this same time period. I do realize it will catch up, but wish it would just go on and do it.

        Doing some exercises, need to drink more water and avoid foods cooked by someone else until I determine their origin and contents - looking "safe" doesn't mean it is, LOL!

          Doing OK - haven't found Onderland yet, but I am slowly getting closer. Still hoping for before Christmas (this keeps me out of the baking too). Have a great week-end!!

            Well, my scales are stuck too. Once I got back on plan and took care of the bloat, they just stopped. I know I'm not eating too much so one day I'll get a whoosh. When I'm getting rid of bloating the water flies off, the pounds fall off and I feel like I can do anything. Then the scales just sit there, sometimes they have the nerve to go up before they finally go down a bit. I did get into some size 6's. The goal ones are smaller and uncomfortably tight though. My family is giving me dirty looks and pointing out my original goal size was larger. My skin is a little loose in places so that makes the extra pounds remaining look like more to me. I am hoping if I shrink enough my skin will too. I wasn't planning on going below a 6 because I've only seen one pair of 4's in the whole Walmart here. And its demoralizing to switch to juniors and go up two or three sizes. I want to get thin but I'm not sure about getting into sizes I'd have to travel or order to get. I noticed the only clothes on the sale rack at this one chain were 0's and 1's, so I guess I could find something.(IF I EVER SHOP ON THAT RACK, KIDNAP ME & GET ME TO A HOSPITAL ASAP!) I figure its gonna be really slow going loosing the last of it.



            My starting weight was 235 lbs and I'm trying to get to 130 lbs.

            1st mini goal: 145! met 12/09
            2nd mini goal: 140!
            3rd mini goal:135!
            4th mini goal: 130!

            I drink coffee. I drink when I am thirsty. I am just a low carber. Not on Atkins at all!!! He has everything to do with my weightloss and nothing to do with it, depending on who you ask.
