    Okay you CCers, how is it going this holiday week?

    I have thus far managed to not be around hardly any holiday temptation foods, so it has been easy thus far.

    I am STILL stuck in about a 2 pound range as I have been for about 3 weeks now. I have lost an inch in several places, but I want to kick the scale and get it going too.

    I'm staying on plan good with the food, getting SOME of my exercise in but not quite enough, and am trying to up my water intake. I may not be perfect, but I guess I get some points for persistance, LOL!

    Lost 35-50lbs switching to whole-foods diet, 2006

    2nd - 285 - 10/19/09!
    3rd - 278 - 11/11/09!
    4rd - 271 (minus 80) -12/24/09!
    5th - 261 (minus 90, least since '90) - 4/28/10
    6th - 251 (minus 100 from high weight) -
    7th - 241 (minus 110)
    8th - 231 (minus 120)
    9th- 225 (college athletics weight, minus 126)
    FINAL GOAL - 215 (?) - (minus 136)

    Kids holidays so been cheating lately so restarted a clean induction AGAIN today hopefully a kickstart before the new year.

        Doing OK this holiday season. Having a hard time getting in the exercise given all of the holiday stuff going on, but still trying to get it in regularly. Diet is on track, am even losing weight

          I am doing good. Exercising at least 20 minutes Tue., Thur., Fri., Sun. Extending induction for another 2 weeks. I lost 11 pounds over the past two weeks of induction. I am praying that I make my additional 14 pounds by Jan. 17th. Trying to keep up my water intake up and only having one cup of caffine a day or less.

          1/15/10 Mini goal: 299 for snow trip to Utah

          Long term goal: lose 100 pounds
          second long term goal: get to size 14-12

            Well, two sets of neighbors came by tonight - and both brought baked holiday treats over here by the plateful. Dammit!

            The homemade cookies look mighty tempting - therefore, I just stuffed myself with roast chicken and green beans, LOL! I might have to make myself some kind of dessert type thing to get past this cookie plate sitting here.

            Welcome Tex, and Sham good luck on the restart. I guess we are all hanging tough so far!
