  • Saturday 1/9/10 Roll Call!

    Good morning everyone! I hope you are all having a wonderful start to your weekend, I know that I am after jumping on the scale this morning and seeing that I've lost 12 pounds since Monday! (Stupid me did do my initial weigh in with clothes on, so I'm really only counting a 10lb loss to even things out). So I'm super psyched and even more motivated to stick with it and see where this takes me! Happy weekend everyone! P.S. Anybody have any good suggestions for a breakfast recipe that doesn't include a bunch of eggs? I'm really not liking eggs today, lol.

    Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

    Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
    Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

    so:
    Restart Progress:
    12/28/09 ~ 235.1
    01/04/10 ~ 229.0
    01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
    (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
    01/18/10 ~ 227.4
    01/5/10 ~ 226.8
    02/01/10 ~ 222.6

          I lost 105, gained 60 .. now back on it! LOL

          Anyway, good job!! You'll be at goal before you know it!!!

                Hi everyone. Sarah, congrats on the losses Have you tried the MUP for breakfast? http://www.atkinsdietbulletinboard.c...archid=1008423 I am not a huge egg fan either, so I eat this alot There are also some induction-friendly pancake recipes around as well as oopsie french-toast (I haven't tried these). I find that I can do egg salad even when I don't want fried/scrambled...but that might just be me Welcome back

                    I'm on day one of induction here. I guess we all have to start somewhere, though.
