Don't get freaked out you may need to check the measuring tape to see if inches are coming off. It is a normal thing that happens to most all of us. It is not a stall just a time for your body to catch up on the new way of life. Drink your water, exercise and watch to make sure you are not over eating induction foods. You will be fine!

      Hey Bam, don't give up!

I went 3 weeks without losing anything, and actually went up about 3 or four pounds. For that time those 3-4 pounds would go up and down, but that was it. Finally, on week 4 I lost 1.5 pounds, and then the next week, I lost SIX (6). Talk about a whooshie!!

I know it is really frustrating, especially when you are doing everything right. I honestly believe most of us will have periods where our bodies take a minute to catch up with what has happened to it.

Your loss is amazing, don't let this little interruption slow you down!!

I recently was at a stall and very frustrated! I had been successfully losing consistantely each and every week since I started Atkins.

After about 10 days of nothing happening, I seriously evaluated my menu. I realized that I had taken in a small serving of Diet Coke, two bites of my husband's potato soup, and a few other TINY, truly TINY bites of this and that! I really thought as much exercise and as good as my over-all eating was, that these little bites, and I do mean they were small, wouldn't be any big deal.

So, I decided to go back to a clean induction and see what happened. Guess what? About 4 days into it the "Whoosh" Fairy arrived. I learned a valuable lesson in this. Truly every little thing I put in my mouth adds up!

Take a hard look at your eating, even those LITTLE things. They truly can sabotage your efforts!

Please don' t think I am insinuating that you are cheating on the Atkins plan, but only to make you aware every thing adds up! More so that I thought!

        Blessings and Best Wishes, :wave
