    I hope it's the 12th, anyway, I didn't look, LOL!

    Good morning everyone - and a special welcome to you new folks!

    Hope everyone is doing well so far this week and managing the cold weather most of us have been experiencing. I haven't been getting my exercise in like I should, too busy hiding under fleece blankets staying warm, LOL!

    (I know, exercise would warm me up too, LOL - I have been exceptionally busy also).

    Okay, just wanted to drop in and say hello to everybody and have a good one.

    Lost 35-50lbs switching to whole-foods diet, 2006
    Started Atkins at 318 on 7/5/09

    1st - 299 - 9/1/09!
    2nd - 285 - 10/19/09!
    3rd - 278 - 11/11/09!
    4rd - 271 (minus 80) -12/24/09!
    5th - 261 (minus 90, least since '90) - 4/28/10
    6th - 251 (minus 100 from high weight) -
    7th - 241 (minus 110)
    8th - 231 (minus 120)
    9th- 225 (college athletics weight, minus 126)
    FINAL GOAL - 215 (?) - (minus 136)

    Good morning and thanks for the welcome!

    I'm at college (after my midnight shift at work, ouch). Luckily, I brought some food with me for the time.
    Mini Goals:
    Goal 1: 240 lbs.
    Goal 2: 220 lbs.
    Goal 3: 200 lbs.
    Goal 4: 180 lbs.
    Goal 5: 160 lbs.
    Goal 6: 140 lbs.

    January Mileage: 0/40 miles (stationary bike)
    January Push-ups: 0/500
    January Strength: 0/300 minutes
