How's everyone doing this weekend? What's for dinner tonight? I'm sitting here (nearly always eat at the pc these days) and enjoying some BBQ sausage, s/f sweet pickles and pumpkin...my favorite meal.

I frequently eat at the PC myself - depends on if anyone is here to eat with me or not... if not, I like to read while I eat, LOL!
Late night dinner tonight was a small ribeye and a batch of broccoli. I really wasn't all that hungry, but I had only eaten once today plus a snack of some cheese and nuts mid-afternoon and so thought maybe I should.
I'm lurking around waiting to lose one pound to get into the next ten pound range. That will be nice. It must be coming, because even at night, I'm only up about one pound. That usually precedes at least a little drop in weight. If I was drinking enough water, which I haven't been doing, I would probably already be there.
