what is the percent of daily fats, proteins, carbs we are supposed to take in everyday? i keep forgetting.

depends on what phase of Atkins you are on. induction is 65% fats 30% proteins and under 20 net carbs. Gaol is 50% fats 30% proteins and 20% carbs. Some folk can go lower on the fats and some folk need to go higher on the fats but after your 14 days of induction you will know your metabolic type and know whwere you should be.by the book atkinseer
