    Just bought a new scale...

    I just bought a new scale and it turns out im about 5 pounds heaver than i thought. I got a new led lithium ion scale & it seems to be more accurate.

    Its a bit of a setback but determination will get me there eventually :joy

    It's just a number on a piece of plastic and metal. If it said you were 10 pounds lighter, that wouldn't make any difference in how you look and feel and have inches lost. Just use that number as a base number adn you will be fine.

      New scales should be banned by law! They never tell you nice things. My The New Scale is now 4 months old, and we still barely speak to each other!

      I try to make it jealous by sweet talking my good friend The Tape Measure in front of it, but it just takes no notice. Stubborn thing!
