  • Wednesday CC Roll Call - 1/20/10

    Hey all, just a quick note to say Happy Wednesday and see if everyone is doing alright. Got a lot going on today and hope to be able to work in some of my challenge exercises later tonight (as in really late - after midnight would be the first chance!).

    Have a great low carb day!

    351 HIGH WEIGHT - DOWN 93 FROM THERE
    Lost 35-50lbs switching to whole-foods diet, 2006
    Started Atkins at 318 on 7/5/09

    MINI-GOALS
    1st - 299 - 9/1/09!
    2nd - 285 - 10/19/09!
    3rd - 278 - 11/11/09!
    4rd - 271 (minus 80) -12/24/09!
    5th - 261 (minus 90, least since '90) - 4/28/10
    6th - 251 (minus 100 from high weight) -
    7th - 241 (minus 110)
    8th - 231 (minus 120)
    9th- 225 (college athletics weight, minus 126)
    FINAL GOAL - 215 (?) - (minus 136)

    Good day here, busy but good. My schedule is kinda crazy the next few days, so I spent the evening doing some cooking so I won't get caught unprepared Got my exercise in - it is nice out so I walked the dogs (extra) again.

      Oh man, I'm so sorry for not checking in for what seems to be like....FOREVER!!!! Arrgggg!

      Great to see you both...I'll be trying to post more often!

      Heaviest weight - 403 lbs. (2007)
      April 1, 2008 - 387 lbs. (This is when I initially started to lose weight…but was not on Atkins at this point)
      Atkins start weight – 347 lbs. (July 19, 2008 – began Atkins)
      1st major goal met -----100 lbs. lost as of Oct 2, 2008 - Hit 300 lbs. on this day – From April 1-08 when I initially begin to lose weight.
      2nd major goal met - 151 lbs. lost as of Jan 13, 2009 - Hit 249 lbs. on this day.
      3rd major goal met - Wed, May 13-09 - Reached losing 200 lbs. in just over a year and a couple of months.
      4th major goal met – Reached “Onederland” June 6-09 – 198 lbs.
      5th major goal met - My 1 yr. Atkins anniversary - Weighing 184 lbs. this day
      Current weight – 170.8 lbs.
      Goal weight - 150 – 160

        Hey Sarina, good to see you again, hope all is well!

        Julie, I'm really covered up, could you take my dogs walking when you take yours? They are particularly bored these days, don't want to stay out when it is cold, but don't seem to recognize it will STILL be cold when they throw fits to go out again 15 minutes later, LOL!

        Trying to get up the whatevers to do some pushups and squats at nearly 2am, LOL! We shall see.
