Well im really bad when it comes to drinking my water- so my goal today is to drink at least 2 liters- i now its not much but for me it is- plus i really need it after the weekend i had...

I'll jump in on this I average 128oz a day but was really bad over the weekend so Iam aiming for 200 today to help flush out the bad weekend. It's 10 til noon and I am at 80 oz. Good luck

Wow! And here I thought I was doing wonderfully--but after hearing all your amazing numbers I feel that I am not doing well at all! Oh well, will try to catch up to you guys! I went from a couple of cups per day to 50 oz per day to 64 oz per day and finally in the past two weeks I have been 90oz per day. Not bad for me. Although I have developed another problem related to water--what should I do?

well so far ive had 1 liter so 33.8oz for me and 1/2 the day is gone so i will get the other one down by the time its time to leave work.... not good for most but for me its an accomplshment.

well i managed to get down my 2 liters for the day- i usually try for 1 liter in the am between 8-12 and then 1 more liter in the pm from 1-5 is this good to be doing- i mean any suggestions from you on how to up it every one does so well and i stuggle with this much.lol

I managed to get down my 192 yesterday (but it was murder!). Had a slow start today but I will have it in me before I go to bed. Good job everyone meeting their goals and even to those attempting it!!!
