  • Hi CC!

    I have 100+ pounds to lose. I am starting with an even 100 pound loss goal, just to get there. Then, once I am there, I can be picky about it. I just want to get the bulk of this off so I can be healthy. I had a health scare a few months ago and I realized how much I am seriously at risk for heart disease.

    It's great there is an area for those of us with a lot to lose. I hope to meet many of you and help support as much as I can.



    My new motto is "A New Day Has Come", because each day really is a choice, a new beginning, a new opportunity to do something better than the day before.

    Here's to a new day! I start Monday, the 8th.. can't wait!

    Well congrats, welcome to the Century Club and welcome to your new life!

    Check in regularly, read the boards, ask for help or advice if you need it and just keep plugging away at it. You'll get there, and will look, feel, and BE a healthier you.

    9th- 225 (college athletics weight, minus 126)

      Hey there Kelly and welcome to the gang! I agree with keeping the numbers open..it's not about numbers anyway...more about how YOU feel. Jump on in there and hollar anytime you want.
