    Happy Hump Day Everyone!! How has your week been going? Things are moving along here...but I'm not drinking nearly enough water...gotta get on that.

    I've just picked out my goal outfit....3 sizes smaller than now...and am about to hit the weight room and start busting my butt so I can get into it by June. Wish me luck...lol.

    A2G...the vaporizers are working wonders! Unfortunately, they're also addictive. All the things I love that I've given up for Atkins comes in those little carts..lol. So....I'm enjoying pineapple, grape, caramel mocha fraps and english toffee...without the sugar. There are so many flavors out there that it makes it easy to enjoy the taste without the carbs. I still can't quite give up my coffee yet, but that's primarily due to the fact that it's flipping COLD here and I can't stand hot tea unless I'm sick....so coffee it is. Luckily, I'm not a huge coffee drinker in the summer, so that will phase off when all this cold weather dies down.

    Have you finally broken down and rewarded yourself yet?

    Nope, ain't been shopping for myself yet, though I am about to take an older relative out for some clothes shopping, so I may try on a few things while I'm there if I see anything I like (belt included!). Tried on some old jeans and a pair of dress pants the other night - still seem to be hovering in between sizes and right around that cutoff area between biggest pants at most regular stores and smallest pants at the big stores. Pain in the butt. I need to lose another 15 pounds or whatever it takes to fully drop down another size. I can find 42s pretty much anywhere I think, but right now, they make a bit of a muffin top on me, LOL!

    Working off the water weight, still got a couple more pounds to go. It would help a lot if the weather would warm up - like you, I don't like the cold weather and drink too much coffee (mostly decaf these days) in the winter which cuts out some of the water drinking. I can only drink so much. I did measure though, and seem to have lost a little in inches since mid to late January - 1/4 inch here and there, same in some places, but a 1/2 inch off my hips or so it seems. Nothing dramatic, but since I haven't lost any weight recently I was happy with it. I always question my measuring though - is this in the SAME EXACT place I measured last time? Am I pulling it tighter than usual? Etc, etc. That's why I try to take measurements several times a month - I can see more of a pattern. I also measure while looking in a mirror, and I think the visual helps me to try to do it in the same place with the same amount of tension each time.
