Doing okay here, cut down on some of my salty foods and cheese yesterday, had a little more water than I've been having. Still not as perfect as I could be, but slight improvements. If I don't tighten up a bunch, this will be the first month since I started last July that I lost no weight at all. I really, really don't want that.
Will be guzzling water and doing some exercise later today, LOL!
