    Ok, where is everyone and how are you doing?

    Have gotten a little more strict on my diet, drinking more water and have reduced some salty items and am somewhat more motivated... maybe because spring is coming - hopefully!

    Dropped a little water weight I had gained, still have 2 pounds to go to get back to the losing column.

    Weekend plans anyone?
    CHALLENGES: Walking - ? miles

    351 HIGH WEIGHT - DOWN 93 FROM THERE
    Lost 35-50lbs switching to whole-foods diet, 2006
    Started Atkins at 318 on 7/5/09

    MINI-GOALS
    1st - 299 - 9/1/09!
    2nd - 285 - 10/19/09!
    3rd - 278 - 11/11/09!
    4rd - 271 (minus 80) -12/24/09!
    5th - 261 (minus 90, least since '90) - 4/28/10
    6th - 251 (minus 100 from high weight) -
    7th - 241 (minus 110)
    8th - 231 (minus 120)
    9th- 225 (college athletics weight, minus 126)
    FINAL GOAL - 215 (?) - (minus 136)

    Hi there,

    I'm checking in - after technically my first week back, I'm doing well. I weighed in this a.m. - I try not to step on that scale more than 2x a week - and I'm down to 338. So things are good.

        Hi I don't ever post over here, but I keep inching closer and closer to the 100 lbs mark. Weighed in this morning and am down another 2 lbs, total weight loss to date: 73 lbs. Well - from when I started Atkins anyway. I'm pretty sure I was even heavier when I went back to work in May '09, but the scale wouldn't weigh me at that weight. Honestly, I never even got a proper weigh in when I first started this WOE because my scale was reading errors, but after two weeks I was finally registering.

        Heck - I might have already lost 100 lbs...I won't ever know though. I'm happy enough where I started though, and am looking forward to reaching ALL my goals )

        Mini Goals:
        Goal 1 - 10% (September 13th, 2009)
        Goal 2 - Pre-Pregnancy Weight with 2nd Child (September 27th, 2009)
        Goal 3 - 50 lbs down (December 1st, 2009)
        Goal 4 - Highest Pregnancy Weight with 1st right before c-section (February 20, 2010)
        Goal 5 - Lowest weight reached on WW after having 1st child
        Goal 6 - 100 lbs down
        Goal 7 - Pre-pregnancy weight with 1st
        Goal 8 - Weight I met my husband
        Goal 9 - 150 lbs down
        Goal 10 - Weight in Grade 8
        Goal 11 - Weight in Grade 6

          Here and getting back on track. Yesterday was dd's 18th birthday and it kicked my butt every which way from Sunday. That royally sucked. Today I'm hitting the grocery store and restocking. Luckily, the weight gain has been minimal.

            CC is for folk who need to lose 100 or more pounds when they start not after they have lost 100 pounds so feel free to post away even if you haven't lost 100 officially yet.
