    Alright, where in tarnation is everyone these days?!

    I continue with my unscientific science experiment - still keeping tighter rein on the carbs, still not eating peanuts... but haven't added extra water, exercise, or my supplements back in yet. Weight has crept down about 3 pounds since I started this last week sometime, sticks started turning again right away and continue to do so (as they always did up until the past month or however long).

    I will give this a little bit longer and see if I can hit my low weight or lower. Then will add back in one of the other components - probably peanuts, or maybe extra water first. I want to get to the bottom of my recent lack of weight loss and hope to narrow it down among all these factors. Never really went off plan, just got sloppy or lax by a little in several areas all at once. I realize it likely is a combination of all these things, at least in some part, but seeing if I can identify a main culprit was just too interesting to me to not at least TRY to narrow down the list somewhat.
