My highest weight (that I know of lol) was around 240. I'm more than 100 pounds less than that now, and I only have 25 pounds or so to go, but I don't feel the same as a person who "only needs to lose a few." I still have all the problems, fears, experience, and overwhelm of a person on a 100+ journey... but I'm just starting Atkins now, I lost the rest by other restriction methods, so I don't know... may I post here?

Re: Can I post here? Don't know where I belong...
Of course it is OK to post here
The CC forum is for anyone in the process of losing 100 pounds or more as well as anyone who has completed their 100 pounds plus weightloss hjourney, so you will fit in here just fine
We do also have specific forums for anyone with problems during the first 14 days on induction as well as ones for women or men only (for any embarrassing or specially personal stuff
) ; for anyone returning to Atkins after a 'break' (the Second Time Around Club forum) ; for anyone pregnant, nursing or trying to get pregnant ; for some specific Health problems like diabetes or PCOS ; for exercise specific questions of encouragement, etc., etc.
So just look down the list of forums to find the most relevant one for your question or post and 'just do it'
I look forward to sharing your Atk8ins journey to get fitter and lose those last 1/4 century of pounds
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!
