Just wanted to say hi. I had success on this WOL a few years ago. I have regained 3/4 of the weight I lost. The good news being, I didn't gain it all back. I have been arguing with myself about coming back to Atkins, but nothing else works for me like this does, so here I am.
I have been browsing the CC and was pleased to see IrishIrish still here and so successful. Congratulations and WOW!
