  • Leah, signing in.

Some of you may or may not remember me. (I used to post on this forum and Atkins by the Book forum under either leah81 or mrspher) My name is Leah. I'm 23, currently 328 pounds. I was doing the ANA during the fall but fell off the wagon during a move across the country. Now we are settled and I'm ready to focus on my health. I'm setting my goals in perhaps a different approach than most. I'm tell you guys this, so you can help me remember!

    321 - Weight Last June
306 - Weight After ANA in Fall
281 - Weigh After Giving Birth to my Daughter
275 - Weight when I concieved my daughter
    245 - Weight when married
225 - Weight when I met my husband
216 - Lowest Weight since puberty
199 - A lifetime goal of mine to be under 200 pounds

These are my goals and I know with the ANA I can complete them. This winter I balloned up to 338 pounds. I've lost about 10 pounds since moving. (probalby because I'm much less stressed) I'm looking forward to taking off the weight 1 pound at a time. I'm sure you all can relate with me... it's scary if you think... "I have to lose over 100 pounds!" But I'm thinking in terms of my little goals. Right now I want to be at 321 pounds so in the past year I will not have GAINED any weight. From there I'll move down the list.

Anyway, it's nice to meet you guys and I look forward to chatting with you all OFTEN. You are offically my support group!

Hi leah and welcome home! I started out at about your weight, so I know you can do this too (especially since you already have!)

    *hip bump*

And sit your fanny down on the wagon so 2big doesn't have to staple it down for you.

Hey Leah, welcome back! How cool you're all moved and ready to come on back. We love returnees! Usually we have to get the industrial butt glue and stick you back on the wagon but you can climb on up and grab a seat. You tell us if you need the glue!! LOL!!

Welcome Back! Yes we all have a seat in this huge wagon, and I see a few still available. Everyone is right about setting mini goals, cause losing over 100 lbs is scary! So with that said, I send you by best wishes, and hope to see you post often.
