                  Congrats!! That is very very awesome!

                  Instead of walking since you aren't supposed to, try some free weights for your arms while sitting. If you don't have any use some can goods. Easy way to work out while watching tv or something.

                        Once again. Thank you everyone for the congrats. You really should congratulate yourselves though. Although I am the one who got off my rear and am losing the weight, all of YOU are a huge impact on me. Reading your triumphs and your setbacks inspire me daily, and I have made it a ritual to check in frequently.

                        In other news, I kinda didn't listen to the doctor and decided to walk last night. The knee responded well and honestly it doesn't hurt at all today. I ended up slowing my pace but doing ten minutes more than I normally do. According to Fitday, I actually burned more doing this, and I will probably make it a habit.

                        Alright, time to get back to my rat-killin'. See you all later and thanks again.
