  • Three days cheat free...

    Boy do I regret that old "just one bite won't hurt" and "I've earned this I've been good so long". :no I think the wagon is traveling a bumpy road because I keep falling off and climbing back on. But finally the butt glue is holding and I am three days cheat free!!!

    here is to waking up tomorrow 4 days cheat free. hang in there you know you want to be that healthier smaller you much more then any food those high carb sireens are singing to you about.

    If you do feel yourself slipping Just skip the eating part and apply the high carb food directy to your butt and hips. saves so much time don't you think? And on the bright side your insides will still be cheat free.

    Happy low carbing. looking forward tro seeing your day 7 cheatfre and your TDL exercie post on Monday.

        I just hope i can be a big looser on my restart
