    Good Morning everyone.

    Hope you had a great weekend. Mine was. I'm still on plan, still on Induction - no complaints so far.

    Today I returned to work after a 12 day break. I was a bit nervous to see how I will do on this WOE at work, how hungry I will get and if I will drink enough.

    I brought lunch to work, but ate it almost too late. I was so hungry I felt physically aweful. I guess I really have to time my lunch, especially if I'm not snacking.

    Even though I want to loose quite some weight, I decided to move onto OWL Rung 1 this coming Thursday.

    Anyways... this is what's going on over here.

    Always make sure you have SOMETHING with you just in case. I keep a baggies of 0 carb beef jerky in my purse for emergencies. It's come in handy once or twice.

    The weekend was good and still on plan here. I was going to start the couch to 5k today, but it's not going to happen. I'm sure when they say "well rested", they don't mean 2hrs of sleep. Oh well...goodness knows I'll sleep like a baby tonight!

      Hi everyone!

      Salima - it will take a few days to figure out when/what/how much to eat to fit into a work schedule...most days I can tell the time by my stomach...but it wasn't like that at first - it took a few days/weeks to know how much to eat for breakfast so that I would be hungry but not starving at lunch time, etc. I am lucky, I work in an office & can eat/snack at my desk. We also have a fridge, so I can keep food in there (I mostly used individually packaged pieces of cheese during induction). Congrats on the decision to move up to OWL!

      Hey Niko,
      I'm thinking of doing couch to 5k sometime this summer too. Now isn't great 'cause I just started biking to work & am still getting used to that (I was somewhat stiff & sore all weekend...). I'm not sure if I will like running, but I'll give it a shot...it would be something that I could do with my dog, and I know he would like that!

        Hi all - my name is Sherry, and I'm a food addict!

        I am a repeat offender... and I just completed my clean induction with a 12 lb loss.

        I am staying in extended induction until the end of May.

        I have over a hundred pounds to lose, actually about 150-170! (WOW THAT'S A WHOLE NUTHER PERSON!)

        I am not new to ADBB though, I joined back in 2006 during my first (and successful) attempt at Atkins WOL.

            @ Niko + Julie: Thank you for your advice. We have a fridge at work too and I can eat at my desk as well. I have to look for Beef Jerky or something similar over here in Switzerland.

              I can't find sugar free Jerky here...I'd have to order it online, and just haven't bothered.

                The only place I've found it is at Target. It's hit and miss when they have it, so if you do see it, stock up! I usually have to hit 2 or 3 different stores before I find any.
