Good Morning... Day 17 here... doing well...
Favorite exercise? The kind I don't realize I'm doing, like yesterday, at the park with my 3 year old and 9 year old for over 2 hours...playing in the playscapes with them, throwing the frisbee, playing catch with the football, walking around the trail at the park...all of that!Sherry ~33, Michigan ~ Married w/ 3 kids

doing good here as well. Day 14 for me. Weigh-In tomorrow...
Hmm I don't really like exercising.. but it's a must! I like to get on my eliptical trainer - I can totally switch my brain off, when I'm on it, and feel great afterwards.

Doing OK here. Had a so-so weigh-in today, but that happens. Stil didn't ride my bike today, they are predicting 70km/hr winds AGAIN this afternoon. I do have a pilates class tonight tho. I'm riding to work tomorrow even if they predict tornadoes, tidal waves, hurricanes and blizzards!
I also am not a fan of exercise, but I do enjoy my Pilates class, and enjoyed Yoga classes too (not taking one right now). I also like Kayaking in the summer
