    Happy Weekend

    I'm doing good. I've lost another pound since Thursday. Couldn't resist to get on the scale today, as I was out for dinner yesterday and was worried I ate too much or too many starchy carbs (there was some irresistible shredded carrot salad on my large salad plate). But all was good.

    Yesterdays experience helped me decide to move on to OWL Rung 1 and not go into Extended Induction.

    So, in 2 1/2 weeks I lost 9lbs and quite some inches too!

    How are you guys progressing?

    Welcome to OWL! I have another week before making it back, but am looking forward to it.

    Another pound lost today...up to 10lbs. Let's see if I can break 17 by the end of the week..it would be awesome! In the meantime, there will be quite a bit of exercise today. DD and I will be out shopping most of the day and I'll be wearing my shape-ups. Those things are fabulous but boy do your thighs hurt after a few hours running around in those things! LOL

      I am losing slowly...but still losing! I did a couple hours of work in the yard (digging - hard work), then spent over an hour at the dog park (about 1/2 hour walking). I will do some house cleaning & cooking, then tonight I'm meeting friends to play cards. I will drink diet pepsi - I'd rather lose another pound this week than drink alcohol...I guess I'm showing my age

      Tomorrow - back to working in the yard, then dinner out for MIL's bday.
