    Good morning! How's everyone doing today? I'm a tad bit grumbly and want to go back to bed..lol.

    Hi everyone. This is my first post here although I've been lurking in the background! I'm starting the mini boot camp challenge today so I really hope for a weight loss this week(I didn't loose last week). I hope everyone's having a good day!

      Hello fellow CC'ers - doing good here. I had the day off. Gorgeous spring day. I'm on plan, not gonna weigh-in until TOM is over.

      Threw out the last pieces of chocolate (2 chocolate easter bunnies from Lindt) yesterday. It was too much of a temptation to keep them in the pantry. I was very proud of myself that I resisted.

              Hi I'm a newbie. How do I get one of those weight sliders in my signature? I created one, but it isn't showing up... as you can see.

              Also how do I turn off email notifications?
