    Hi everyone

    super busy week here, long days at work and not a lot of time to click through here. I'm on plan, havent't worked out the past day. But will tonight and the coming days.

    I gotta drink more water. Any tips how you do it to drink enough?

    Still trucking along here, too. I'm pretty anxious to see what the scale has to tell me tomorrow.

      Happy Earth Day everyone! Did some yard work today to "celebrate" and get some Vit D.

      Salima, I found it takes a bit of experimenting to make water right for you. Some like it cold; I prefer it room temp. Many prefer spring water or filtered water (ex: with a Brita pitcher) rather than tap. I also found drinking it with a straw made it easier to drink large amounts. HTH

        Thanks mizski. I like room temperature tap water (excellent quality over here in Switzerland). I gotta try the straw-way ;-)
