Hey all, been a while since I was here, new job is seriously crazy busy.
I've had almost no time for shopping/cooking/planning over the past month but managed to stay on plan for the most part despite that with some stuff from home, takeout, etc, didn't care what my meals were like as long as they were halfway filling and basically on plan so a hunk of meat, a handful of romaine, some green veggie, rarely eaten at one time but just thrown down on the run here and there to stave off hunger. It got me by.
Getting in tons of walking due to the new job (I need to use a pedometer some day just to see, but I'm guessing anywhere from 2 to 5 miles every day broken up into short amounts over and over) and it seems to allow me more carbs daily due to that - haven't been keeping daily tabs on weight/ketosis/carb counts or so forth like I used to just because of the lack of time and exhaustion (I think I weighed myself 3 times all last month - amazing for me, usually weigh every day), but I know I have eaten small amounts here and there of things I wouldn't have before and the few times I have checked I turned the sticks (yes I know they don't work for everyone, but they always have for me). So in the end I managed to lose another 1/2 inch or so off my waist last month plus another 4 pounds.
Okay, just wanted to stop by and say hey and hope everyone is doing good. I will resurface more regularly one of these days. Now I must take advantage of a rare day off and go see about a new motorcycle battery.
Take care all -
