    Hi everybody!

    I'm on plan & hoping to meet my next mini-goal on weigh-in tomorrow morning. (fingers crossed) I'm going to move up to Rung 6 once I hit it...

    240 - University grad weight - Met July 29, 2009
    213 - 50% of the way to goal - Met October 21, 2009
    Onederland - Met December 23rd, 2009
    180 - High School grad weight - Met May 5, 2010
    163 - No longer obese______
    136 - No longer overweight (yes, I know this is lower than my goal weight)

    Your doing well Julie Im really happy for you.
    Im on plan and coming towards the end of induction but I think I'll stick here abit longer.I hope you all have a great Tuesday!

      I'm here and not really on plan as I'm not drinking enough and not eating enough carbs. Work is so busy I hardly know I have a home. I'm travelling the next 2 weeks and I'm worried that food wise it might get difficult.

        I have been really good, and gained 1.2 pounds. Im going bike riding today.... this new energy will have to help me...

        Im just scared, because of the butt pain, and because I have two big tests in 2 weeks theat I need to study for.... The stress of med school really makes it tough on me mentally.
        Im 5'6" and a 1/4

        Weigh 263 since tue april 20th 2010

        week 1- 257.6
        week 2 - 258.8

        Ultimate goal I can say 160ish but I dont even know if my body would allow that!
