    Alright folks I guess we gotta work on doing this regularly again (me included especially!). Sorry for not having been around much. Crazy work load to tackle.

    I'm doing good - haven't been on plan though. I ate low carb, but some days, when I worked very late, I didn't even have dinner. I wasn't hungry and didn't bother. My water intake is improving though.

    I just saw this video / article on yahoo and though I'll share it with you. Okay - I'm not getting ready for Bikini Season, but I guess the exercise tipps seem helpful.

    Yes, we all need to get better at checking in everyday...I keep forgetting

    I am on plan, but having a "funny" week - I am feeling physically weak & tired and am having unusal cravings. Hoping this will pass soon...the ice cream monster was calling me all day yesterday!!

      It's been an off week for me. I've been on plan the majority of the week, but have had some issues here and there. Between stress and tummy bugs, it definitely doesn't count. I'll be on call for the next little bit to jump and travel. My grandmother is failing quickly, so I'm counting on another week off plan. Not necessarily planning on cheating, but I doubt any of us will be eating much of anything and gorging on coffee. If I'm MIA, it means the call came and I'll be back shortly.

          Ice cream monster- yeah I resisted temptation as well. Instead made some legal home made jello.

          I'm at a workshop - food wise not 100% legal - on upper rungs. I'm really out of nowhere. I think the chef here doesn't even no what carbs are respectively what it means when I said I don't eat carbs. Worse comes to worse, I'll do a couple of days of induction when I get home, should my ketosticks show nothing.

          Oh and the internet connection is really bad here too.
