I have been slowly working myself up. Walk 1, Jog 1 lap then went to Walk 1 lap, Jog 2 laps and today I was in the right frame of mind or something and I just told myself I could do it and I actually jogged the entire 20 minutes! It was a very slooooooow jog but a jog nonetheless! I haven't jogged that long since about 3 years ago. :joy
