Lean Mean Grilling Machine grilled Salmon and 2 c. lettuce with homemade dressing....
[1 T. veggie oil, 1 t. lime juice, 1/2 packet Splenda, 2 drops vinegar, light sprinkle of salt and pepper whisked with a fork. Nice and light, but with a hint of flavor. ]

It was good, but my Salmon was dry. I don't like fish in general, so I'm not good at cooking it yet.

Fresh sole fillets, baked, with a layer of salsa & shredded cheddar cheese, and a caesar salad. Filled me up lots, and the family loved it!!! I never was a fish eater much before, but have found alot of fabulous recipes.

Crustless quiche made with swiss cheese, peppered ham and spring onions (green onions?) and grilled parmesan coated aubergines (eggplants) and broccoli.
I had a large steak for lunch today so couldnt eat all my quiche so we will have it for a snack while travelling tomorrow along with the scotch eggs I made today. (first time I have made them so I hope they will be OK)
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

I had the crustless pizza from the recipe section. Green pepper, onion, black and green olives and hot peppers as toppings. I am trying new recipes. I had mock danish for the first time this week. It's really good. Lisa
