I am thrilled that I am at the point now, that I can actually say I enjoy a good workout! I never thought I would be saying that, or enjoying pushing my body to a good sweat! My energy level has not been this high for years. I am now doing 1 hour of cardio, and 30 minutes of weights as a minimum. Considering I haven't worked out for the last 10-15 years, to be at this level is quite an accomplishment that I am so proud of. I even worked out with my daughter, when I visited with her, she goes to university 1,000 miles away, and she was shocked to see that I brought my work out clothes with me, and we actually went to workout at her club. I can't keep up with her yet, but will be going back in June for her graduation, and am hoping to be able to match her!!!! Keep your fingers crossed for me :icondance :icondance
