  • Started Induction again today.

When I was moving at the end of March I went off Atkins on purpose because I knew I just wouldn't have been able to keep it up. I had planned on staying off of it for about 2 weeks until things settled down, and here it is a month later and I'm still off of it. Some how I got amazingly lucky and only gained 6 lbs, even with 7 days in Baltimore eating and drinking like a fiend (but man was it fun). So I'll take that as a sign I am supposed to lose this weight and go for it (again). I bought an exercise ball and tape, and we have been walking, now we're going to do it almost every day. (BF is doing it as well). So I'm hopping back on the wagon.... anyone got any super glue to keep me there??

    Here's to a fabulous Induction!:capital

If you find that glue, pass some on to me!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good luck. I am in the same boat. But, I am just going right into extra vegetables. That always worked for me. How sad- I overdose on cucumbers adn red peppers.

Ally girl, it's about time you came back.

Now we need to find Ms Ann (firemedic) and see what she's been up to!

OH I LOVE TAHOE!!!! My husband lived there as a boy, so we went back there for our honeymoon and took a boat ride around Emerald Island. I can't wait to go back there someday. The saddest part was that we took it at the end of our honeymoon, so we were EXHAUSTED and fell asleep on the boat at our table! I think the high altitude didn't help.

Good luck on reinduction! You can do it!!! Don't use superglue...use shoe goop. My dad fixed many a problem with shoe goop! :yes
