    Hi everyone

    I had such a fabulous day yesterday, I just had to share.

    The scales have not been moving as much as I'd like recently, although I have been doing everything right and no cheating. So I weighed myself yesterday and have lost 5 pounds this week, yay! I think this is what you guys mean when you talk about the whoosie fairy. I'm so pleased.

    Secondly, it was such a lovely day yesterday (rather shocking for the UK)that I went to the local park with a group of friends. We sunbathed and then went out on the pedalo's on the lake and what a great form of exercise that turned out to be. If your looking for something fun that also burns calories, I can highly recomend this as it's great for your legs!

    Hope everyone else enjoyed their weekends and here's to another low-carb week. Thanks for listening x
