Why you should stick thru a stall

I lost 1 pound this week, no big deal to some I know but to me it was a reward tp be faithful.

I started Atkins sure it would not work for me nothing ever did. I did a clean induction just to prove it wouldn't work for me.

It worked! I only lost 5 lbs during induction so I knew I was a slow looser, but I averaged 1 to 2 pounds week that was better then gaining so I was happy.

    FF-5 months
My goal was 185 for Thanksgiving. I made it by Tuesday of that week.
By Christmas I was 181, After the popcorn cheat I went up to 185 so back to induction I went back to 181, Tom comes every month up to 185, Tom goes and 181.

March 1 I return to Induction and until April 30 I still was 181. 5 months I fought and yesterday I lost 1 pound.

I pray I am on my way back to loosing, there are 2 reasons I didnt quit. #1 I like eating the foods I am eating and know with all the added fat in my diet if I added back carbs I would gain back all 45 pounds.
#2 I couldnt not hang out with all of you.

So the point? Don't give up, even if it takes 5 months!
    ~Lauren~
