i am new here and would like to know how to do all of this. i want to jump in but for some reason i can't figure out where. i see people have teams. do you join one are you assigned to one? How does that work? please let me know. i really like the way that atkins is working for me and i really would like the support. i have a little over 100lbs left to loose and i want to succeed. thanks for listening.
