Sure..Its easy..I get in the pool and slowly start jogging...I move back and forth..From the shallow end until I'm about neck deep..If I want a challenging workout..I will move down to the deep end...When I get bored with the jogging..I will do jumping jacks and just whjat ever feels good...

I was doing that last summer when I had access to a pool. I was only doing it twice a week, but the inches were coming off literally every time I went. Water aerobics are AWESOME. I'm hoping this fall when my son starts going to school all day to join a local ywca so I can go three times a week.

Awsome. My husband and I have been swimming 3x's a week. Monday when we were in the pool, I was in the deep end treading water, and decided to try "running in place" in the deep end. I would see how fast I could go, then I would slow down to a pace that would just keep me above water, then I'd speed up again. Boy does it burn. My sis in law takes water aerobics, and she uses two of those water noodles, one for each foot, and stands on them, then uses them to "climb" like she's on a stair climber. I'll have to get some noodles to try that. I also do a few laps while I'm in the pool. I'm really out of shape, so I don't last very long at all.
