Hi everyone *head down*.. Today I did something SOOO bad.. I had a very crappy day, and we cooked out at my house, and I ATE BUNS!!!!!!!!!! & um... some ice cream... Oh gosh I got so mad at my self after words. So, you know what I did tonight I did 10 miles on my bike and burned 320 calories *or so the bike said*.. So I do feel a little better. It was the first time I cheated. I didn't enjoy it. Will this make me gain weight?? Do you think that excersize will help me.. I normally exersize everyday, but after I ate that stuff I did some hard core stuff making my self suffer for eating naughty food :bang

(you did ask for it *grin*)
No, seriously, with all that exercise you did afterwards, I have a funny feeling you've burned it all off! LOL
As long as you are prepared for any cravings that could come up, please don't beat yourself up about it. Learn from it, move on, and at least you know you will think twice the next time about eating those buns again...30yo F 5'5 (166cm)

The sugars and starches may knock you out of ketosis for a day or two but you probably will not suffer much weight gain. You may, however, have horrendous cravings.

Yes that is the most important thing if one falls off the wagon.
Pick yourself up, brush yourself off, and get back up in the saddle.
I used to beat myself up, but no more. If and when I fall off, I start right back up the next day, no fuss, no muss.
Good for you.

Well, I see that you received your spanking already....(lol)
So now it's time to settle down and stick to what you want the most and pick yourself back up and do it again. Just like it was when you were little and learning how to ride a bicycle for the first time......you kept falling, but got back up and kept trying and trying , until you were able to ride.......that's what you do here also. YOU CAN DO IT! :hug
