Hi. Thought I would join this club, Lord knows I need all the help I can get. Thanks Stefanie for telling me about it.

The plan was to start induction today....for the fourth day in a row. Still didn't make it half a day before eating whatever I could get my hands on. I'm not giving in though....I will try again tomorrow.

Anyway I need to lose 101.5 lbs to get to my goal weight. Seems impossible to me right now but I want to live...not just exist but really live and this is the only way for that to happen.

    Hi there
i think you need to think of the resons WHY you want to do atkins and what it is YOU WANT to ACCOMPLISH on it.
i started before and had quit- but then once I realized that I wanted to do this for ME and that i really wanted it i decided that if i can do good from meal to meal then that would turn into a good day then 2 then 3, etc, my 1st day doing it this time around i ordered pizza that night- so i know how you feel
but if you want this you need to do it right, get rid off ALL food that is not on the induction list or if you cant(family reasons) put it somewhere where you wont be tempted, you can do this stay strong and make sure you are setting mini goals, jsut think if you lose like 2 lbs you wont need to lose a whole 100+ thats an accomplishment in itself, then beofre you know it you will be under 199lbs.. good luck and just because you slipped up today doesnt mean you have to wait till tomorrow to start gain, start again right now, and drink extra water for being bad.- have you looked at the before and afters they are very helpful and motivational...

Hi Shay! You know start when you can and try to think up ways to get yourself out of eating binges. Get the water on hand (helps with the cravings and loads of other things) and empty your closets (even if you have to move all the stuff that triggers you to one spot and stay away from it).

        Good luck...
