Ok, so I am really having a hard time showing my face around here right now. I was so gung ho, lost a tremendous amount during my first full induction (17#) and was on track with a team. I have a million and one excuses and you can all probably recite them with me, so I won't waste the space here.

I would love to be able to get back on, but $$ is a huge factor right now, survival first and to eat different from my family would cost. Plus, in our area, cheap food is always high starch and lo-nutrition. So, I am not planning on being back on until the end of summer when the money situation is resolved.

I can hear you all now, try this or alter that. I would love to, trust me. I will do the exercise, because that costs nothing and I will make changes where I can, but I just cannot do it full on right now.

I will lurk and cheer you all on, but don't look for me as an active participant until Aug. Then, I will be back in full force and rearing to go. Plus, I will have only 4 years to my college grad AND 20 year HS reunion.

thanks for all of your inspiration and this is not "good-bye" but rather "see you later"

Apologies mostly to my team...who I will still support and keep track of.

I'm sorry you feel you have to go.

But remember, you can always come back to this. The bandwagon makes repeated circuits to pick people up. Hop back on anytime!

I lost 70 pounds back in 2003 and fell off the wagon up until three days ago.

Remember there is never a wrong time to start and I wish you the best of luck when you decide to come back on board

Sorry to see you go for now, Eireamy. You know this WOE as well as you need to. Going on a maintenance or just trying to eat healthy might be all that can be expected. Just rest assured we will be here when you decide to return, and take care of yourself.
