OK. Let me start off by saying I am not in infomercial buying person by nature. But one night at work.. it was late, and there was a infomercial on for a ball based work out... called Core Secrets. I literally thought about it for 2 hrs, having written down the website address, went there, and decided to buy it. It was a good deal. You got the ball, a pump and the video/DVD for $9.95 plus shipping. So I did it. It was like $16.95 with shipping and everything. Well I got it a couple weeks ago, and finally did it today. OMG. It is a killer workout. I highly recommend it. I can't wait to do it tomorrow. It kicked my butt, my abs are burning, I was sweating, but didn't feel like I was going to die. Look into it if you are interested in ball base workouts. As a bonus.. every other month you get 2 new workouts automatically sent to you, but you can cancel at any time..they give you the cancellation number the first time you order. Just my 2 cents...but I loved it! (And I'm fat and didn't pop the ball..that was a huge bonus as well!!!)
